The club is actively planning photo activities for the summer months, so watch your email inbox for notifications. If you were not able to make it, you can review the awards summary on our website and in the June 2022 edition of The Flash!.Īs June begins, we're not far away from those long strings of 95° days that can make us less motivated to get out and exercise our photographic muscles. Thanks to everyone involved - from the Executive Committee to the volunteers to all who attended - for making our End of the Year Awards celebration such a success. What we're looking for are pictures that just didn't turn out quite as you planned (e.g., oddly distorted panoramas, amusingly bad portrait poses, people or objects entering the frame unexpectedly, etc.).
Planning ahead? Next week's topic will be BEST WORST PHOTOS. The photo submission deadline for this activity is SATURDAY, JUNE 25. Please note that no one is able to download copies of submitted photos. Submitted images will be displayed in the scrolling gallery seen at the right. The maximum dimension (long edge) for submitted images is 4096 pixels the maximum file size is 10MB. Please include YOUR NAME and the TOPIC in the file name(s) (e.g., VeronicaJune_TwoCrops_1.jpg).
